More about the doctor or the midwife: I had her during my pregnancy and absolutely hated her... She was always very rough and seemed judgemental towards us and our age. I told my mother she was the last person who I wanted to deliver Theodore, but it turns out she was the doctor on call. The way she was delivering him was the complete opposite of how she was at my appointments. She was so great and made me feel great while I was pushing!

Why this name? Theodore was named after both of his grandparents: Theodore David. Theodore was put first for his paternal grandfather, who he won't have the privledge of meeting and David for his "Grandaddy"
Other possible choices were: Had our "he" been a "she" our choice at the time was Hope Charlotte.

About baptising: We're still deciding. We'd like to raise him to know about all religions so he can make his own choice when he feels ready, but baptism is still being considered.
